Programs

Our programs are all about you, the citizens of Tennessee!

We have been involved in a wide variety of programs since 1989 ranging from providing prevention services, housing and necessities to those affected by Hurricane Katrina and Rita to healthcare provisions for Tennesseans.  Some of our programs include but are not limited to:

Independent Support Coordination Services for the EastMiddle, and West regions which assesses and monitors the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities;              

 

DCS Monitoring and Advocacy provides advocacy services for children in state custody by monitoring health services that are prescribed in TN CARE funded placements;

DCS Resource Parent Advocacy and Mentoring Program provides advocates as resources to families hosting children in state custody;

Juvenile Drug Courts coordinate substance abuse treatment and support services for individuals identified by the courts to receive services;

Adult Probation provides a three tier probation supervisor for individuals with misdemeanor offenses;

Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) recruits employers to provide work experience for low income seniors;

Memphis Strong Families Initiative provides intensive case management and coordination to 100 families with histories of homelessness and child maltreatment;

Family Services Counseling provides intervention and counseling to families enrolled in DHS Families First Program;  

At-Home Support Services provides homemaker, respite and personal assistant  services to members of the Medicaid waiver program;

Housing Crisis Hotline provides a single point of entry for services to families who are homeless;

TennCare Advocacy and Outreach Call Center provides information and assistance to TennCare applicants;

TennCare Provider Operations Call Centerprovides a single point of contact for TennCare providers with requests for verification of member eligibility, medical claims payment status & general inquires pertaining to TennCare Services.
